Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Design Holmen. We aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services. Please review our shipping and returns policy below:

1.  Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2.  Shipping Methods and Delivery Times 

  • Standard Shipping - Canada Post:  Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.

  • US Shipping:  Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.

3.  Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

4.  Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

5.  Shipping Address 

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6.  Lost or Stolen Packages 

Design Holmen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information.

7.  Shipping Restrictions 

We currently ship to Canada and the US only. Please reach out to carolina@designholmen for special shipping outside of Canada and the US.

8. No Refunds

All sales of greeting cards are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchased greeting cards. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Cards

In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged greeting card, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your case and, if approved, issue a replacement for the incorrect or damaged card.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
